- For Philippines and Sri Lanka maids, employer’s salary must be above 5000RM (under 1st maid application)
- For Indonesian maids, employer’s salary must be above 3000RM ( under 1st maid application)
- (Under 2nd maid application ):
- For second maid application (any Domestic Helper nationality), employer’s salary must be above 10000.00RM
- Doctor’s letter for elderly person
- Photocopy of NRIC of the elderly person
- Photocopy of birthcert. as proof of kinship with the elderly person
- Photocopy of electricity bill – residential proof (if IC address is different from home address.
